Bad Service at Inanda CHC

I am so ****in ****ed.. My sister and mom took 3 kids yesterday to the Inanda CHC as they were having flue. On their arrival in the morning, as they were called in to do their files the clerk refused to open files for them as she said why did she bring so many kids at once. After the clerk had opened the files they proceed to the kids wards to be attended, however the nurse who was attending to them also complained as to why they have brought so many kids at once...like the ****. It's their job to assist the patients and no complain. The kids were not attended, all the nurses left and told them they will be attended by the night shift staff. Hence they came in the morning only to be told they wont be attended... what was the use of waking the kids so early in the morning... Can something be done....
