They shamelessly disrespectful, *********** and unprofessional

They shamelessly disrespectful, *********** and unprofessional. Those are the three things I salute them for, ohw forgot one last one...they pride themselves on being unapologetic. I ordered(paid full amount) a kitchen mobile trailer in March 2021, they promised to deliver in four weeks to which they never did. I persevered and gave them more time because I really want to start my own business but they still did not deliver. I ended up asking for refund. They make empty promises everyday, that's if I reach out to them. To cut the long story short, after long draining day to day conversations with Kevin. They paid 50% of the money(on the 5th August 2021) which I didn't agree to as I wanted the full amount coz that's what I gave them and after the emotional exhaustion they put me through it would have been so decent, considerate and professional of them to just comply. They then promised to pay the remaining amount in after 10 working days. 10 working days is turning into two months now only thing I get is lies every day.
