Pathetic Service

I got kicked off my medical aid because of the lack of communication with the brokers. Now it's issues with insurance again. Can't get a straight answer out of anyone, and been waiting a week for some form of management to get in touch with me. I also understand that this is probably going to get me nowhere, as the chances of them reading this is probably as high as them actually replying to an email...
