Bad quality of service

Wooden chairs at outside wedding venue were dirty and some of the seat cushions were loose. No kettles to make coffee or tee available in rooms and different from what you display on your website. Room 1 dressing table is so from a plug that hairdrier could not be used. Extension cord would have been nice. Pre-prepared Breakfast for R100 was awfull and cold. Definately not R100 worth in quality. Hospitality also lacks a little bit concerning personal interaction skills with management and staff.
