Pathetic and not reliable

This company does fingerprint clearances and ******** record expungement etc. It states on their receipts that you will receive your results within 24 hours. It has now been 3 days and I am still waiting only for them to send me someone else's clearance and then not answer their phones when i try and get hold of them. All has already been paid in full. This is ridiculous. I cannot start working at my new job until they have that clearance certificate! And when I asked on Tuesday when I can expect it they advised I should receive it latest by Wednesday afternoon. We are now sitting on Friday with someone elses personal information. Pathetic.
