Amazing customer service

We chose this venue for our wedding in Feb this year, a month ago we fell into a small financial situation, I e-mailed Linda and explained my situation and concern that we would have to cancel our wedding day and her response was nothing short of amazing.<br> <br> She has been in constant touch with me and has helped us arrange a plan to be able to have our wedding on the original day booked.<br> <br> Not often will you come across a venue that is willing to go the extra mile to help a customer, and make you feel like its all going to be ok.<br> <br> we are blown away at how helpful, understanding, accommodating , and friendly.<br> <br> We cannot wait to have our special day at In the forest.<br> <br> I will recommend Linda and her company to many people.<br> <br> Thank you Linda you are one in a million.
