Bad customer service

I had my brows done on 25th September It was done perfect 3 years ago by Naomi so I needed a colour booster unfortunately my the****** her name is Lindi from umhlanga branch made a big flop the right eyebrow is higher as she didn't map correctly she went over the initial stroke which she sed to me will scab away which hasn't no colour boost at all I msg and called since then sent picture's and till now nothing has been done I have been a client for 3 years doing facials and other treatments but this is very disappointing please can the owner call me as I have been sending numerous messages calls now the lady has blocked me when I said I want this escalated this is poor customer care and bad service
