Poor Beds SOLD

I purchased a bed and a L shape lounge suit from them in 2013,the bed has a 20 year warranty, 3 years later the bed is sinking and creeks the mattress turned brown yet we had a mattress protector and bed sheet on it,contacted Carol she asked for pictures i sent them through and never got a feed back as yet,my opinion don't buy from these people due to the warranty not going to stand when there is a problem with it,why advertise there is a manufactures warranty if there is one??
