Misrepresenting property on auction

I bought a property from In 2 assets expecting them to be professional and thorough in their business dealings<br> Only to find that the property they sold me was not disclosed or misrepresented.?<br> When I brought all the issues at hand they only set a meeting with buyer and seller and avoid to come to the direct meetings leading us in circles.<br> Instead of providing a solution they hide behind their voetstoets clause and sadly since you paid the commission into their accounts directly they shy away from the problem. Please be very wary when dealing with this company to make sure you thoroughly investigate what you buy to avoid being in a problem later.<br> We are in the process of going into a legal battle.<br> ?
