Upset customer

This is such a unprofessional business. Working as a customer representative myself, i am disgusted at the poor customer service they have to offer. Mainly the service coming from the "Regional Manager" as he calls himself - Mansoor. He is noT very accomodating and definitely does NOT know how to keep his customers happy. Or he just couldn't care enough about the reputation of the company to ensure his customers requirements is being met. It is beyond me how any Financial Institution would want to be associated with such a pathetic excuse for a Company. Definitely won't be recommending Imvusa Trading, situated in Landsdowne to ANYONE.
