The Worst Service u will receive from Imvusa Trading

I have been interacting with Imvusa Trading since June 2021 for a carport on terms. I app**** for credit and was approved and helped and called very often with the best service. Once everything was approved and they received my money i did not get a call or message from them, i had to call them. They then made a promise each and every week that they will come but no one pitched until i had to go to their offices. I had them type out a letter signed promising that the job will be completed 23rd July 2021...They then came and put up the carport structure not even to my satisfactory. The promise was that it will be done the next day. I am still up until now awaiting for completion. When i spoke to the assistant manager he said only the best quality wood and roof sheeting are used yet they came with the cheapest of cheap material and we had to send them away. The Manager Mansoor does not even take my calls or reply to my messages. They make empty promises over and over yet they do not care about the clients. I am at wits end as to how bad of a service a company can give and still make empty promises over and over. Please please never ever use this company. I am just hoping and praying that they just finish so that i no longer have to deal with them.
