Poor service poor mateial !!

This company had poor service cheap material and no customer service s****s

We app**** for a newtech house firstly they have no consideration for once time the material they use is of the cheapest

We received a call from them the Friday to advise they will start the Monday morning after 2 we received a call to day they won't be able to make it Tuesday with no notification they pitch up after 4pm working till after 7 not considering my neighbors I took a week off work to make sure they have electricity and I was not comfortable with leaving the workers unsupervised on our premises

Every single day they stared after 12 not considering my leave days I had to extend my leave by another 5 days as I informed this people I have limited time the front door you can see rite through I informed this person that remains nameless I requested the name a few times as to who I'm speaking to no response this person reads my messages and don't reply I've requested ombudsman details no response head office details no response the kitchen zink is leaking the cupboard they installed wood is now wet and won't last long the contract States wooden flooring but in actual fact it's the structure that's considered the flooring how misleading free gift as per contract never received once you've signed a contract with this people they will not budge no service poor poor I will not advice anyone to use the service of imvusa trading

If there is anyone reading this review that could assist me with ombudsman details and how to take this company further as it cost R72 000 for just the structure electricity toilet and basin it's a *******

The front door made of pallet wood and the inside doors is moldy I am living in the place for 4 weeks now and everything is wrong the floors is not even level what can be done

Please please do not use this company !!!
