*********** AND A WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE IMVUSA TRADING IN CAPE TOWN.

Everything that you have heard about them are True to the point. Sure they are all talk up until they have your money in their possesion then you get ignored. The guys doing the ground work can do the job but are nonchalant because of Company politics so you will definately NOT get the best work out of them.. I have app**** for a 9/3m Nutec and was approved on 23 February 2021. It was supposed to take less than a month but up until today(08/07/21) it has still not been completed... The lies that the Companies representatives can come up with is so unbelievable for grown up Adults.. They ignore your calls and rarely call back. Once they have your money they use it to complete other jobs hence they cannot Complete any job within a month.

Problems with my Nutec:(1) Front door swelling so much that you cannot open the door and the rain marks seeped through to the inside of the door(Doors provided are for interior and are not solid doors) (2)ALL 4 of the windows fitted are leaking on the inside which means the leaks are between the boards and structure thus seeping through. Bear in mind the windows are all closed. (3) Because of this my built in cupboards are damaged and swelling because of the water. (4)The Structure is completely skew. (5) Even when putting on the Skirting it runs completely skew, something that you cannot hide. (6) The guy who did the door frame by the room that works for Imvusa also said that the Structure is skew but he will hang the door straight. (6) My shower that has never been used yet is leaking out of the shower and onto the toilet floor. My interior boads are now getting mould. This Nutec was supposed to be rented out in May already and has been standing empty since they started building in March month... So I have been getting no income from the Nutec only Expenses. I have honestly contacted them each and every week since then. Their work is guarenteed for only 3 months and I can see why.. My guarentee has not even started yet and I have all these issues, which in a way I should be a tiny bit glad about. I have had issues since they started and they have yet to get my sign off as complete.. I called them on the 03/07 to tell them about the damages the rain is causing to my cupboards and to the inside of the boards but up until today no one has done anything. I was told on Monday 05/07/21 that they will send someone out to assess but need 2 days of sunshine before they do. So Monday Sunshine, Tuesday Sunshine, Wednesday Sunshine but they are still a no show. I have left messages eveyday for this entire week and have just left one now again at 10:25 on the 08/07 but neither their *********** Manager or his side kick is available and are almost never. So in short Please take my word for it and DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!! From the Owners PA, to the Manager, to the head of the building department to the Receptionist and the operators(I have had problems with All) I beleive they are in no way in the correct industry. I am being really generous by giving one Star to this Company as there are no Zeros or negatives in the ratings. All Imvusa will do is leave you with a huge debt to pay, Stress and very Angry... Plese Do not take this review lightly....
