Yeah.. Told you so.. I really feel what everyone is going through as I have been through it.. Best way to deal with these guys is to go through whichever bank you used customer services... Do this via email so you have his/her name and direct contact number. Once you threaten to go public through social media the bank Will step up and in turn light a fire from their side(So to speak). They do not want to be publicly critised for dealing with these guys.... But they still do anyway.. Good luck all....
