Fully paid and no delivery.

Scaffold tower purchased and fully paid for (R7 000, 00) by EFT in advance of delivery to Pretoria. 3 day delivery promised from clearance of payment. Enquiry after 6 days as to status of delivery revealed that delivery truck had allegedly been hijacked in Johannesburg and to effect replacement delivery before insurance payout, a further R3k payment required. Requested Imvusa to provide copy of police docket and proof of insurance claim before any further money paid. 2 further weeks have now elapsed and no replies to communications. Needless to say, no documentation to prove their claims. Bank has checked Imvusa account and there are no funds available. Clearly this is a ****. Anybody considering a purchase transaction with this business, be warned.
