Bad building experience with Imvusa Trading the only money we had gone down the drain

Hi We went ti imvusa trading for a nutec housing structure. At arrival while waiting boeta Yusuf welcomed us warmly excited to see a building plan. He was in such a hurry we wanted to know numbers he states its better if he sends someone out to view and measure the property we were so caught up in the excitement we forgot we only went there for info and not to actualy begin the building. The next day boeta Yusuf called both our numbers his waiting for payment thoughtless we go make payment in such a hurry we just so glad we are finally being helped building a home and at the price we can afford.

Imvusa came out to build but now that the structure is finished its raining in the workmanship is so poor we wont let our pets live in it even. We went personaly back to imvusa to report our argument that its nowhere near the results of the internet advertisment Bernard promised us and assured us he will come through for us and mark it as an emergency fix. That was saturday Bernard said he would get the guys to fix monday we waited all week sent msgs no replys from him until this day we call the office speak to manager Fowzie but she keeps on claiming that imvusa came out twice to repair and we refused them to fix.

We now want our money back but according to imvusa we cant get money back nor can they rebuild they dont give reason to why not. They refuse us to speak to the boss Then imvusa sent out Gavin and boeta Rashaad both said the structure is build poorly and rong. Gavin said the 1st time he cam that its too much to fix he will be coming the next saturday next saturday came and he said he refuses to fix the roof because the whole structure is skew he will only create a bigger mess should he.

We have told Fowzie that we will be posting about them on Hello Peter but she insists that it is us who do not want them to fix it. It has been almoat 2months now we waiting for them to come fix so n

ow we rather want our money back.

If anyone can point us in a direction where we can go for help pls do so
