Incompetence by Imvula Security

On the 12 December 2021 one of their vehicles reversed into my Polo. The driver gave him all his details...I even have photos and a case number. I called the Company spoke to Allan Botha and a Mr Barnard...I emailed through all my documents and I still get the run around...everytime I call I am fed the same story...they are working on it.. The driver now denies smashing my vehicle despite all the evidence I have...his supposedly going thru a disciplinary hearing ..I was asked to take my car to their panel shop and get and a quote which i did... still nothing...no feedback..8 months and I am still waiting..
