A COLD Shower... and COLD service delivery!!

Room B&B 6: There was no hot water in my bathroom even after reporting the matter 3X to the front desk :-( I wasn't even offered an alternative room :-( The DSTV decoder was faulty and constantly rebooted even after reporting the matter to the front desk :-( I don't think there'll be a next time for me... my company wasted a lot of money booking me into that place :-(
