<p>Absentmindedly paid an amount into I.M.S’s account, with the wrong reference number, sent email to them explaining what I did, they credited the right account immediately, and sent a statement as proof within minutes. WOW, really expected one &^$( of a struggle but instead got perfect service.</p> <p>Compliments to all involved, appreciated</p>
