Disgusting customer relations. Waste your time and money.

Terrible service. Water and Electricity vouchers constantly fail to work and customer relations (i.e owner named Mohan) is pathetic. Your queries are met with rude responses by the owner who fails to adequately address the issues you raise.

Basically, I was told that he has no time for arguments and next time he will send a callout which will cost you more.

Please try finding a more competent service provider as IMS is absolutely *********** and unhelpful.
