Dissatisfied with admin lady

I am refering to the shop in sasolburg. Very good optometrist always friendly, but the lady st the desk is absolutely rude. She goes on lunch whenever she likes, answers the phone with no enthusiasm or just says 'Yes'. She can't provide simple answers and doesn't even do effort to find out when my lenses will be there. Please get her to change her attitude.
