Dud Inverter Battery supplier

Guy sold me a dud Shoto 200amp/hr battery, then agreed to replace it, then simply ignores any further messages as to when he will honor his dud battery swap out. He also failed to forward an invoice as promised. Rather be safe than sorry and give this guy a miss.
