Worst store ever
A bag was on the 7 August 2026 and on the 12 August went back to store for assistance because the bag was damaged and a rude cashier "Success" did not even bother to look into what I spoke or pay attention and he advised that I should refer to your receipt written "no exchange or refund to accessories" of which I was advised that the damaged bag is an accessory. Which this is direct contravention of the CPA and when I spoke to owner he was also rude and refused to refund my money.
