Paid For Work Not Completed

<p>Very bad, paid for service of my undercounter bar fridge, 2 month later I still haven't got it and he has the money! Lies upon lies and excuses. So, after the last review, Mr Trail sent me a message saying he will come see me. He subsequently cancelled, and any attempt at communication after that has been to no avail. Needless to say the fridge hasn't been installed yet, even though the final payment for the COMPLETE Job was made 09 May 2016!!</p>
