My name is Christian Mlambo, I app**** to an agency and I was hired but did not sign the contract as I supposed to go in Mpumalanga to sign the contract and two HR officials of Impumelelo Mine (Mr. Mokwena & Mr. Matemane) solicitated me to pay them money in order for me to get the contract ,I both payed them as I have proof for that ,I pleaded with them to refund me my money but they resisted
