Abusive Plumber

Richard who is the owner of Impro Plumbing verbally abuses clients. Was screaming and performing and carrying on like an absolute hooligan to both myself and his assistant. He is a very rude man and felt scared in my own home with his abusive behavior. He left the job in a worse situation that it was currently. Absolutely appalling service!! don't ever use them!
