Impressive Garage Doors - Take the money and run

I called in this company and dealt with the owner Juandre Clarke. My garage door motor was not working. He arrived had a look and advised me that I required a new motor. He then invoiced me for the motor R5 580.00 and required up front payment. Fortunately I had an electrician come to the house to fit a new pool timer. He had a quick look at the garage motor. There was no electrical power to the motor. This was immediately sorted and everything is working perfectly. I contacted Juandre and advised him that a new motor was not required and the motor is working perfectly. I said to him (being decent) he had come out to the house so keep the R580.00 as a call out fee and reimburse the R5000.00 which he agreed to. I have all the WhatsApp messages. Now he is nowhere to be seen. Not only does he not have a clue as to what the problem was, no new motor required but also chose to take the money and run. Never pay this company upfront or pay a deposit, you will never see him again.
