Company installing old and reconditioned Centurion gate motors masqueraded as brand new (paint job on parts, warranty stickers removed)

Terrible experience at the hands of Juandre Clarke whom I assumed to be the owner, Lindsay on the admin and accounts side and their gate repair staff. Up until June 2025, Lindsay's quotes and invoices were branded under the company name Fix N Door. New quotes and invoices issued this year are branded Hands-On Garage Doors. Juandre Clarke's online presence is associated with Impressive Garage Doors. One reconditioned D5 SMART motor quoted, invoiced and presented as brand new (with a missing warranty sticker and with a broken bracket) and one second-hand D5-EVO also quoted, invoiced and presented as brand new (with parts painted to look shiny - unfortunately they got the wrong shard of green on the cover). When the D5-EVO gave problems I took the liberty to open the cover and although I did not know what I was looking at, I noted that the monitor looked old and was not working, and the cables looked old as well. I sent Lindsay a picture and she reverted, saying she asked the repair guy and he said it was new. She now blames the repair staff for the ****, however she saw the picture for herself. I would stay far away if I were you.
