Imprecca review - Horrible returns process.

My problems with this company began when I tried to place my order. I had to process payment and approve it on my banking app four times before the transaction was actually picked up on their side.

There was no immediate help online available to assist with any issues or troubleshoot whatever problem the site may be having. This also raises concerns about the security measures that the site uses for these payments considering the fact that you occasionally have to approve multiple transactions.

My only contact option was social media and when I eventually got a response, it was simply "we can see your order on our system."

Though the dress arrived timeously, the returns and refund process has been nothing short of a nightmare. The person on the other end seems entirely disinterested in the fact that I cannot wear the item I purchased and that I would like to process a refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Every item I enquire about for my exchange is allegedly out of stock, though it does not say so on their website (that the item I want in exchange is out of stock) and the person takes their sweet time to respond regarding what my options are in this type of circumstance.

On top of that, you STILL have to pay your own courier to deliver items that you want to return or exchange to DURBAN.

I would not recommend buying anything from Imprecca at all. You're better off spending your money elsewhere.
