Horrible service

I ordered a dress and bodysuit from their for and made the payment. When I didn't recieve an email confirming payment but the payment reflectedon my banking app, I then emailed them to find out if they received the order and I attached proof of payment. When I didn't recieve a response, I sent them several DMs on Instagram which they read and ignored. I even posted comments on their posts, which they deleted. So clearly they have no intention of fulfilling my order or refunding me my money
