Waitig for 41 days for a update on my order

I placed my order on the second of January, and today is the 10th of Feb. The \status\"of my order has not changed since day one from \"ordered\". I have communicated with support on 4 different occasions to request an update on my order. They have just promised to check up and to follow up to make sure that I receive by a certain date. All those dates have come and gone... Long story short, I shall hesitate to advise people to use this service in the future, as I have done in the past. I shall be waiting till the end of this month for an update on my order. If I receive none by that time, I shall be cancelling my order end will start looking for another online shopping website. <br> <br> This was a ****** gift for my girlfriend for valentines day... Come on guys. Way to let a man down..."
