Sending the wrong item bad tracking number

It took more than a month to get my package when they stated10-20 days. When I finally received my package they send me the wrong (cheaper version) of what I was intended to get. I bought a camera pen that was to include an 8gig memory card. I did not get that. The pen I ordered was to be able to film in 1280x1020. They gave me one that only shoots in 640x480. My packages took so long to get here. Will never order from them again. To much hassle.
