Seems to not Importitall in one piece

Ordered a item through import it all. The item arrived in three separate pieces. Over a two week period. What is most aggravating is that you simply cannot phone this company it appears they dont have a telephone that says enough. After numerous emails back an forth the final piece of my item was delivered to an incorrect address. The courier company used was absolutely unprofessional rude and arrogant. I did use import it all about 5 years ago and had a pleasant experience. I am afraid the service I received is akin to an Asian e commerce site. Importitall you have a lot of work to do I find your service unacceptable.
