Importitallorder not received after 5 months!

I am SOOOOOO frustrated with this company. I placed my order around December. After a lot of emails I still haven't received my order and we are almost in June!!! I missed the opportunity to use the item that I ordered. 5 months guys!!!COME ON!!! Imagine how I am going to struggle to get my money back!
