GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Importitall is by far the most reliable and convenient way to import items not available in South Africa. I have been using their services for some time now and I can honestly not recommend a better importer. Their customer service is excellent. I am especially impressed with my latest experience.<br> <br> I recently contacted Nicholas to inquire whether it would be possible to extend a voucher I received in December but never used. He had no issues whatsoever and gave me a new coupon code without any hassle. <br> <br> I used the code to order certain items, one of which was a birthday gift. Nicholas went out of his way to ensure that I receive my order in time - again he was extremely helpful and friendly. It also turned out that one of the items I ordered could not be imported as it breached importing regulations for containing hazardous chemicals. I was immediately informed and promptly received a refund for the item in question.<br> <br> In light of the above and past experiences, I will continue to support importitall as there has never been any problem with my orders and Nicholas and Francois have always gone the extra mile to accommodate me.<br> <br> Keep up the good work!!!<br> :)
