False Advertising of products that cannot be obtained - payment taken though...

Extremely frustrating experience from ImportItAll - they seemed to be the only SA site that listed a tablet replacement battery that I needed (and hundreds of other types for that matter) on their online store. After days of checking and ensuring I had the correct one, I purchased it and paid for it. A day later, I receive a cancellation of order email advising that: "Due to additional restrictions on loose batteries and power banks that have been implemented by all carriers, we can only import items which come bundled with batteries, however loose batteries and power banks unfortunately are no longer permitted and will need to be cancelled. We do apologize for any inconvenience and frustration caused."

So why list it on your site??? You now have my payment for an item you know full well you cannot obtain or import; how long do I now have to wait for my refund??? This site/shop should be banned from trading in any retail space - this is utterly unacceptable!
