I have always had excellent service with this company.

There was a time in my past when I used to import products on my own, but the hassle of tracking my package etc was too tedious and time consuming, as one sometimes has to deal with our local customs which is the biggest problem in the entire timeline for an imported product. And one will usially find that if there is in fact a delay, it is usually customs related.

For me personally, a company like Importitall comes as a relief in order for me to lay my hands on products only available internationally, as all I need do is to do extensive research for my wanted product, search it out on their website, buy it, and then wait for it to arrive on my doorstep. And it has happened this way for 10/more orders already.

I have bought many products which are usually sold on Amazon. And I usually receive my products within 15-25 days as promised on their website. Thus far, I have not had any bad products, but then I do not make a purchase decision easily. A lot of time has usually been given to researching my product, often even requiring me to watch videos about their functionality, or reading other ourchasers reviews BEFORE clicking the "pay now" button.

One would definitely need to understand their terms and conditions PRIOR TO making their purchases to avoid disappointment as it is clearly stated on their website that they are not responsible for incorrect information or listing, since their listing mirrors the Amazon portal.
