4 months, possibly longer to receive an order

I placed an order with Importitall on the 3rd of April 2015.<br> After I received notification the item I ordered had arrived in the country, subsequent correspondence was not forthcoming.<br> I then got onto their website and chatted to Stuart Hobbs through their online chat room.<br> I was told the item was incomplete, and importitall would order the missing bits - this would take another three weeks.<br> I emailed Importitall on the 9th of June to get feedback - as again, no feedback was forthcoming.<br> I received an email from Stuart Hobbs on the 10th of June at 10:53 telling me that the supplier had not shipped my order.<br> This means that an order I placed at the beginning of April is going to take in excess of 4 months to be delivered - if it gets here at all. I suppose in amongst load-shedding, Nkandla and everything else South Africans face, we're expected to shut up and accept this level of service...?<br> I'm not amused Importitall
