Excellent customer communication

I bought an Digital Internet Radio via Import It All. I am impressed with their service. I was kept up to date though every step of the order. Got an email to confirm the order, was notified when the order placed on the supplier, got a notice when the order was packed, got a notice when order was at customs, got a notice when it was with the local couriers etc. It gave me piece of mind knowing from ordering until delivery what was happening.
