Excellent Customer Service

Really user-friendly website, fabulous prices and service was excellent. Ordered a lego set which reached Durban just in time for the looting spree - the courier company was looted. Not a problem for Import A Toy - they assured me they would replace it free of charge and did so as soon as the courier company was working. So pleased there is a company that still delivers on promises.
