5 star rating - outstanding!

I usually come here to complain, but believe in giving credit where credit is due!

As a first time customer, I placed an order on the online website importatoy.co.za not knowing if I should trust the company. It's difficult to know who to trust these days, and who knows where the products are coming from?

But to cut a long story short, I placed an order close to midnight on the 21st of Feb and my order arrived at my house before I got home from work the next day on the 22nd of Feb. I mean, how fast was that service!

And they passed the biggest test of all. I bought Lego and the most important thing when buying Lego is to receive the box in mint condition. Well, I have to say, they passed that test with flying colours too! The three Lego boxes that I bought all arrived in great condition and were very well sealed in a larger delivery box of decent quality with paper inside to prevent unnecessary movement inside the box.

I was so pleased. Based on this order, I would have no problem recommending Import A Toy highly.

Having said this though, I would be very curious to see how good their service is should a set not arrive in perfect condition, and I would be interested to see how they would handle that process.

But for now, it's 5 stars from me! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
