These people make bookings for installations and either show up when you are not at home (not on time) or show up 3 hours later than agreed upon. They booked my installation for 7:30 on a Saturday morning, needless to say they showed up at 11:00. They did not have proper tools and had to use mine. This is unacceptable. I am completely disgusted with their service delivery. Do not make plans if you have an installation booked from them!
