My mother had a funeral policy with impilo plus insurance,she made a claim, she did not receive her money and the claim was for 24 January 2022.they alway tell us we still in que.they promised to on 10th of June,now they us we 2 months that is outstanding, for which they gave us voucher of 500 on February 2022.so now i don't understand.my mother paid after claim which was February, March and April.she did not pay may and June because she didn't get her claim.
