My spouse's (married in community of property) car finance transaction approved without my consent, and I was not party to it because I knew that he did not qualify.

He is now off employment as the contract has expired. This causes a burden to the entire family psychologically and economically. I need to follow process to get the transaction nullified so as to safe him and make the dealership review their ethics policy if it does not well capture this kind of practice.
