Unprofessional ! Dishonest

<p>I recently made an offer on a Toyota Prado with Toyota Randburg via sales executive Mnr Ronald Jones , my offer was accepted and finance Arranged . I was told to give them a couple of days to put the vehicle through all their auto mark checks and cleaning procedures . This gave me peace of mind due to the fact that I am based in Cape town . On Friday 02/06/2016 I received an sms stating vehicle had a problem and they will not be selling it anymore , They also stated that it will be returned to the previous owner . I then phoned them to enquire about vehicle , I was told that it is a magnificent buy but they just sold it to someone else . I am not angry at them selling it , although I was ensured I have first option , I am not angry that they sold it although I have already supp**** all the necessary personal info, statements and money guarantee’s for the sale . I am not angry at them for selling a vehicle although I was given a written OK on the deal .</p> <p>WHAT MAKES ME VERY ANGRY IS THEM LYING about it in writing, telling me vehicle is being given back to owner due to mechanical problems .Finding out, they sold it (no mechanical problem) to someone else, told me a manufactured story and blatantly lying about it ! this leaves one with a very bitter taste. </p> <p> This is not how one does business .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I would appreciate feedback on the mentioned matter</p>
