Unbelievable after sales story!

<p>I traded in a vehicle to Imperial Toyota StrijdomPark in Feb 2015. The next month (March 2015) I received a traffic fine for R1060.00 for the same vehicle that was traded in. I immediately contacted the sales person (Anil Rajmoney) and informed him of the fine. He said that it would be sorted out. Now this year when I want to renew my licence disc I am told by ENATIS that their is an enforcement on my name and additional penalties has been charged as I have "ignored" this traffic fine. I immediately contacted Anil again who said that he handed it in to his management and he thought they had sorted it out. He then informed me that he handed it over to Donald Les**** (Automark manager) I contacted Donald and it seems that he has more important things to do then sort this out! Please escalate this as this is totally unacceptable! One year later...really!!!!! You would think that buying from a reputable dealer is peace of mind...Think again!!!</p>
