Toyota's professional staff...

<p>Imperial toyota in johannesburg corner of commissioner and kruger street. </p> <p>My girlfriend and I bought a second hand car up the road next to the toyota branch. We parked nicely like the security guard asked us to park. </p> <p>When we got ready to leave for rushour traffic, she didn't see how the branch's car that was'nt there before parked straight and not diagonal like all the other cars parked. He was to the left of her car. So she reversed slowly and slightly scratched the car. (20mm scratch)</p> <p>So like loyal South African citizens we waited for the driver to give us details so we can fix the scratch or just go and get some polish to polish it out or pay for the scratch. So we waited and the driver came. He pitched with a heavy attitude and leaning on her car. He asked me so who am I was it me. I told him no it was my girl so he walked to her, she was still sitting in the car and crying she felt embarrassed, and once again leaning on her car's door as if it's his property, asking her why she was crying. She told him she's in shock and she's very sorry. I asked him if it was a company car in order to find out if he has insurance and that was when the guy exploded and started to point me and swear at me infront of everyone in the street asking why I'm asking this and telling me that he pays for his car and we have no idea who we are dealing with, it was so bad that we actually had a crowd watching us. My girlfriend was trying to write down his details and asked him to please calm down but he wouldn't even look at her or listen to her he just went on shouting at me like I'm a dog. My girlfriend got so scared and thought he was going to hit me or something. That one person could get so angry and arrogant like he owns me just for asking him whether it was a company car is completely absurd and unacceptable. I kept calm and when he pointed my girlfriend I shoved away his arm he has no right to do so. His co-workers even came out and had to keep him from doing something he would regret. They dragged him back to the toyota garage because he wouldn't calm down and we exchanged details with his co-workers and took pictures.</p> <p>So you know what?? </p> <p>I will never buy a toyota if that is the behaviour of their staff, shouting and going crazy like a child throwing a tantrum, how will the after service be? And if you ask for a green car will they also freak out and go on a rant?</p> <p>Disgusted.</p>
