Toyota Corolla service

<p>We bought a 2016 model from Kempton Toyota. When the vehicle went for its 30000km service, they informed my wife that the front break pads should be changed. We opted not to change, as I wanted to inspect myself. When checking this, I noticed that there was about 4mm left on the pads. But on further inspection, I noticed that the break discs was badly worn at the front and back. Front discs having a 2 to 3mm ridge. So how can they inform some one to change the pads but do nothing about the worn discs? I went to the dealership twice and nothing are being done on this issue. How can discs be so badly worn after 30000km but there is still reasonable life on the pads and nothing wrong with tyres? The workshop manager just tell me that there is no other such cases on their data base and would have phoned me back 3 days ago. Never did. This is really very bad service and seems as if they want to blame bad quality product on their client. </p>
