terrible service and misleading of clients

this is the worst dealership to purchase a vechile from and even worst should you be a first time buyer!! they send you one quote promise you one thing and make you sign for another. costing clients R10 000 for their lies. when you call the dealership and speak to the manager, he is so rude and even encourage clients to conatact the ombudsman and log complaints everywhere. is this the kind of service us as clienst wants to recieve??? this this the Pathetic service they offer?? if only they tell you the truth from the begining you can take your business to a dealership who wants to help you!!!!!! i wish i could just turn back time and never have to deal with them again
