Terrible after sales service!

I have been trying to get a hold Sam who sold me my car. It has been a week and no reply. I call, leave messages, email him and I get no reply. To top it all off, the car that was sold to me was not serviced and now I cannot do a warranty claim due to this. I am so disappointed in this branch! Can anyone give me some advise on how to proceed with this?
